Stephen’s career in finance began with a passion for numbers and a meticulous attention to detail, leading him to specialise in lending and eventually focusing on the pharmacy industry during his seven years at Sigma. He excels in managing time-sensitive pharmacy acquisitions, refinancing projects, partner buy-ins, and shop fit outs, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge and strong client relationships.
A mentor at heart, Stephen takes pride in guiding young pharmacists from entry-level partnerships to successful full ownership of their pharmacies.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys golfing with a handicap of 13, supports Collingwood, and cherishes time with his family, including his wife, two daughters, two sons-in-law, two granddaughters, two cats, and two dogs.
