The Challenge
A successful pharmacy situated in a small but growing shopping precinct in Victoria, 40 km east of Melbourne’s CBD, within the Shire of Yarra Ranges, experienced a significant break-in. In the early hours of a Sunday morning, an intruder used a sledgehammer to smash the glass front door, causing extensive damage to the door, locks, and all the glass. The intruder then proceeded to the dispensing area at the rear of the pharmacy and stole a large quantity of drugs.
Opportunity
